Return Policy

Thank you for supporting Unveiling Unicorns. We understand that our community members often face unique challenges, and we want you to be satisfied with your purchase of our awareness merchandise.

1. 14-Day Return Window

We accept returns on most items within 14 days of the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

2. Return Shipping Costs

Please note that the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us through our Contact Us Form or email us directly at info@unveilingunicorns.org with your Order ID and the reason for the return.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom-printed awareness gear or items marked as "Final Sale." Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
